Ordering Information
At MemorialEngravings.com, every memorial is crafted with care and attention to detail. Many of our products are custom engraved or personalized, and production does not begin until all required information has been received and approved.
Placing an Order
Orders may be placed through our website, by email, or by contacting our customer service team. To ensure accuracy, customers should carefully review all names, dates, inscriptions, artwork, photographs, and design details before submitting an order.
Artwork, Photos & Custom Designs
Customers may upload artwork, photographs, logos, or design files as part of the ordering process. For best results, high-resolution files are recommended. Additional artwork preparation or image enhancement services may be required for certain projects.
By submitting artwork, photographs, or text, you represent that you have the legal right to use those materials and grant Memorial Engravings permission to reproduce them for the purpose of completing your order.
Design Proofs
For many custom memorial products, a digital proof will be provided for customer approval before production begins. Production timelines begin after proof approval is received.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs. Memorial Engravings is not responsible for errors that appear on an approved proof.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes may be requested prior to production. Because many of our products are custom-made, orders cannot be modified or canceled once engraving, fabrication, or production has begun.
Production Times
Production times vary depending on the product, level of customization, and current workload.
Typical production times range from 3–15 business days after receipt of all required information and proof approval, when applicable.
Large custom projects, memorial stones, cast plaques, and specialty products may require additional production time.

Shipping Information
Shipping Methods
We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight providers when required.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected delivery speed.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping transit times begin after production is completed and do not include production or proofing time.
Expedited Shipping
Rush production and expedited shipping options may be available for certain products. Additional charges may apply.
Please contact us before placing your order if you require expedited service.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the product and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Memorial Engravings is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on select products. Additional shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and import requirements are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Accuracy
Memorial Engravings takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality memorial products. We carefully review every order; however, customers are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of all submitted information and approved proofs.
If an error occurs due to our workmanship or production process, we will repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
