At Memorial Engravings, most of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.
Custom and Personalized Products
All custom engraved, personalized, made-to-order, and memorial products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
This includes products that contain:

Custom text or inscriptions

Dates, names, or personal information

Custom artwork, logos, or photographs

Special-order materials or designs
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, dates, artwork, and order details prior to production.
Company Errors
If an item is received with an error that differs from the approved order specifications due to a mistake made by Memorial Engravings, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Examples of company errors may include:

Incorrect engraving compared to the approved proof

Wrong product shipped

Manufacturing defects affecting the finished product
Upon verification of the error, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product,

Replace the product, or
-
Issue a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not practical.
Photographs of the product and packaging may be required to process a claim.
Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
Customer Errors
Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided for:

Misspellings, incorrect dates, or inaccurate information submitted by the customer

Changes of mind after production has begun

Color, texture, or natural variations in stone, wood, metal, or other materials

Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

Normal variations that are inherent in handcrafted or customized products
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production, engraving, customization, or fabrication has started, orders cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refund.
